Q: WHEN WILL MY PHOTO’S BE ONLINE?

A: Our goal is to have them uploaded by 9pm the same day, but on some occasions it may take up to 24 hours before they are available to purchase online.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: Digital Downloads will be available within 24 hours sent via a second email with links. Print products can take up to 14 days   

Q: ORDERING PRINT WITH TEXT

A: When ordering text please place the text you wish to add in the comments section at final checkout.  

NOTE: the words TAIL of The Dragon and Dragons Tail are trademarks of the website. The Official name of the road is THE DRAGON. We are more than happy to use The Dragon on your print.

ALL Orders for Text with no comment will receive the text,   “THE DRAGON   Month-Day-Year”

Q: WHAT ABOUT COPYRIGHT?

A: Once you purchase a digital download or a photo on CD you have all rights to do as you wish with the photo. If you intend to use one of our photos for commercial use, we ask that we get credit for the photo and notification that it will be used. Hey, we get excited about this stuff.

Q: WHAT TYPE PAPER WILL MY PRINTS BE PRINTED ON?

A: All prints are printed on Professinal EPSON LUSTER paper. This paper gives a simi-gloss look with slight texture. This paper looks amazing when framed behind glass.

Q: DO YOU OFFER PHOTO EDITING SERVICES?

A: While all print items will recive standard editing for color, sharpness and sizing, we do offer additional editing services. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Q: WHAT DOES CROP MEAN ON PRINT OPTIONS FOR 8x10 AND 11x14?

A: We shoot with crop body camera’s, this means that the final image is a different aspect ration from those 2 size prints. We will have to cut some of the photo off to be able to print that size.
